BOOK DIRECT BENEFIT
Receive one THB 200 Glow Restaurant & Bar voucher per room, per stay when booking directly with Lantern. Bookings made through travel agents or third-party booking platforms are not eligible.
The voucher may be used for à la carte food and non-alcoholic drinks when dining at Glow Restaurant & Bar. It must be redeemed during your stay, before check-out.
- Each voucher must be used in a single transaction.
- Vouchers from multiple rooms may be combined on one bill.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit is given for unused value.
- Any amount above the voucher value is payable by the guest.
- Vouchers cannot be used for alcoholic drinks, the breakfast buffet or room charges.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Please check out by 12:00 PM.
For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact reception. Availability and any applicable charges will be confirmed by the hotel.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Payment, cancellation, amendment and no-show conditions depend on your selected rate and booking channel. Please refer to the terms displayed when booking and in your reservation confirmation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable cash security deposit of THB 1,000 is required at check-in. The deposit is returned at check-out following a room inspection, less any deductions for damage or outstanding charges.
CHILDREN & EXTRA BEDS
A maximum of one child per room is permitted, regardless of age. Please let us know your room occupancy and your child’s age before arrival so we can arrange suitable bedding.
Children under eight may share the existing bedding. Children aged eight to seventeen require an extra bed. Charges include breakfast for the child:
- Ages 8–11: THB 300 per night
- Ages 12–17: THB 500 per night
Extra beds are available for children only, in Deluxe Double rooms, with a maximum of one per room. Availability will be confirmed by the hotel.
If an extra bed is needed but unavailable on arrival, an additional room will be required, subject to availability and the applicable room rate.
Baby cots are available, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you need one.
BALCONIES & WINDOWS
Balconies are not accessible to guests. Balcony doors and windows cannot be opened in any room.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area. A THB 5,000 charge applies for smoking elsewhere on hotel premises, including guest rooms.
Vaping is not permitted on hotel premises.
CANNABIS & ILLEGAL DRUGS
Cannabis and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on hotel premises.
DURIAN & STRONG ODOURS
Durian and other items with strong odours are not permitted on hotel premises. A THB 5,000 cleaning and deodorising charge applies for violations.
PETS
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
QUIET HOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and be considerate of other guests throughout your stay.
VISITORS
All visitors must register with reception.
OUTSIDE FOOD & ALCOHOL
Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on hotel premises.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please read and follow the pool rules displayed at the pool.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Same-day luggage storage is available through reception.
PARKING
Parking is limited and subject to availability.
